Shoe Therapy was established in 1997 with one mission: to bring a reliable, high quality Shoe Repair Shop to the Toronto area. Our passion for excellence is what inspired us to open up our shop, and continues to drive us to this day. All our repairs are completed with meticulous detail, resulting in a product that is as good as new.

For over 18 years, Shoe Therapy has officially closed.

For future shoe and leather repairs, we will recommend a shoe repairer in the coming weeks.

I couldn’t have been any more delighted than the day I bought my Louboutin wedding shoes! It was a match made in heaven…until I realized I would be more than likely ruining the beautiful red leather soles within no time at all, and after a hefty $900 investment I was looking for something to keep them going on and on and on. So, after searching all of Calgary and Vancouver for a reputable place to add sole protectors (in the perfect shade of Louboutin red of course) I was a little disappointed to find out that most places only carried a heavier, thicker, (and not so great) red sole.

I kept searching and found Sole Therapy and what a relief that I did! Not only did they kindly send me a couple of samples to Calgary so I could see for myself exactly how great their products were, they were also exceptionally accommodating with my hectic schedule and did a same-day service on a Saturday while I was in Toronto for a weekend. The shoes came back to me, impeccably protected and ready to wear, all thanks to their fine workmanship and attention to details of the highest standard. These were after all my wedding shoes and they turned out simply fabulous! Thank you to Kim and the rest of Sole Therapy for their phenomenal service and fantastic work! During this pandemic, we know getting your beloved shoes or handbags restored may not be a first priority. So, instead of making a trip to downtown Toronto, send us an email with pictures of the items to be restored and we will quote you.

We have three (3) options to serve you better:

1. You drop-off & pre-schedule pickup. Drop off your shoes at our store and pick up at an agreed upon date. For certain repairs, we may be able to accommodate a same day pick up!

2. You drop-off & we deliver to you. Drop off your shoes at our store. Get the restored items delivered to your home. Fee varies on location /weight / package size

within Ontario $15-$20

3. Courier picks up & delivers to you. We will make arrangements to have the shoes picked up and dropped off. we will provide you with a quote to approve the charge (within Ontario ~ $30-35 for both deliveries)

Our cobbler made shoes long before he started to repair them. With over 25 years of shoe making experience, we know how to properly reconstruct and extend the life of your shoes and leather goods.

Along with traditional shoe repair services, we specialize taking on difficult repairs that most cobblers won't touch! This includes boot zipper repairs, boot calf alterations (narrow or large calves), polyurethane injected molded rubber soles, custom shoe modifications for uneven or problem feet and custom work on handbags or shoes.

Not 100% satisfied with your repair? We’ll do everything we can to correct the problem. We’ll leave you a satisfied customer and are confident you’ll come back for more.
